Welcome!

If you or a family member are seeking mental health services, please call or visit one of our clinics (listed below). To make the most of your visit with Hill Country Mental Health Services, we encourage you to:

  • Be active in your own treatment
  • Ask questions and express any concerns about your needs
  • Ask a trusted family member or friend to join you on your visit if you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed
  • Remember, you are the center of the mental health team and our staff welcome your involvement
Payment for Services
There are fees associated with most services. Fees for all programs are assessed using a sliding scale and your ability to pay. Hill Country MHDD accepts Private Insurance, Private Pay, Medicaid, and Medicare for services throughout all our locations. If you do not have insurance, financial assistance is determined on a sliding scale. You may qualify for financial assistance, even if you have insurance.

As a courtesy, Hill Country MHDD will file claims with your insurance company. You are ultimately responsibe for the full and timely payment of your account. Payments required may include known deductibles, copays, or a sliding scale fee if you qualify for financial assistance. Hill Country MHDD will estimate your financial responsibility; your insurance company will make the final determination regarding your eligibility and benefits.
