Express! This initiative will

skills through ExpressLane Defensive
Driving, and at the same time,

to MHFA Express! The funds
generated through this initiative will
be used to expand Mental Health First
Aid (MHFA) across Texas.

Health First Aid USA is a public
education program designed to give
ordinary people the basic skills to
help someone who may be developing a
mental health problem or experiencing
a mental health

first aid, MHFA creates a community
environment where people better

neighbor, friend or loved one has an
emerging mental health need.
